Refund policy
At Fuzi, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality beauty products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to receive a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products due to health and safety reasons, unless the product is damaged or contaminated. If you receive a damaged or contaminated product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
If you need to return an unopened product, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Returns@fuzzi.info with your order number and the reason for the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
